MY OFFICIAL SPEAKING/WRITING EXAM

I was very nervous at my official exam, especially in the speaking exam. And I have to say that I don't feel the enough confident, because the speaking exam. However, I think that I did very well in the writing part, I did it very conscientiously and I had time to check it out as three times. Furthermore, I used complex connectors and business vocabulary, and I improve the organization of my report.

On the other hand, in my speaking exam I talk so well at the first parts but suddenly I started to be very nervous and I got stuck in some sentences.

Nevertheless, I hope to get B2 in writing and reading/listening parts to get the certification.

BULATS SECOND PRACTICE

In my opinion I did it very well, since I had some problems that day with my computer. However, I know I will do it better the next time in the real exam. Currently, the only worry that I have is the speaking exam, constantly I hate my pronunciation and I get very nervous. Nevertheless, I am kind of happy with my score and it motivates me to continue studying.
Not only I will be more confident about my abilities, but also I could feel more relaxed. On this way I should be able to do my best without any kind of problems.

Recruitment process

• Present recruitment process 

The present recruitment process which is used in the company consists of three steps. First, the candidates have to fill a format with questions about their education, past jobs and family. Second, the company selects some of them based on the interests of the company. Then, the candidates have an interview with the manager and finally one of them is hired. 

• Weakness of the process 

This process has some weak points. The most noticeable is that the company doesn’t request any task to prove that they have the abilities to work in a real work environment. They only show that they have a piece of paper which says that they have the degree needed to work.

• Changes in the present process

For this reason, I suggest to select more than one candidate in the interview and then ask for a task. On this way we make sure that the final candidate is the best for the company.

Transportation use report in the sales department.

Introduction

In this report are the reasons why transportation is important for the sales department and a
solution for the problem of expenses.

Importance

Transportation is a fundamental part in the process of reaching the sales quotas. Not only
we use them  to attend business visits but also to make personal shipments. Furthermore,
we need it to go to our most important distribution points.

Reason

The cost has gone up because the gasoline price has gone up about 5%. Moreover, the
union of transport drivers started a protest to increase their salaries, consequently the cost
increased.

Solution

We suggest two ways to solve the problem. We can either get an agreement with a taxi
agency or buy our own transport. This way we have a cheap solution that works in the short
term and on the other hand we have a solution which will benefit us in the future.

Conclusion

As we can see the transport is a need for the benefit of the company, and it would be good
if the company analyzes the solution to be applied as soon as possible.

This graph represents the value of the euro against the dollar. As we can see there were a lot of ups and downs. During the first two months, the value of the euro had a considerable fluctuation. But in April the value of the euro dropped suddenly. However, the value increased slightly in May. Then the value went up considerably from May to June. The value remained stable until July. Nonetheless, the value increased rapidly and picked at 1.70 dollars. Nevertheless, the value of the euro dropped continuously in October and it continued with that behavior until the end of that month.

REPORT: REFLECTION

First, I have to say that when the explanation was given, I did not understand it very well and it seemed difficult, but as I was doing it, the words began to flow and I could finish it very quickly. Furthermore, I think that it is better than write an e-mail, usually I have more mistakes when I do an e-mail. Nevertheless, there are things that I can do better, like putting the headings and try to use more complex connector. Not only this is one of the most important parts in the exam but also it is a little bit difficult to me.

What I expect from this course is to get a B2 level and a final grade higher than 95. If I get this, I could learn another language that will be important for my future. Also I want to learn some tips to improve my pronunciation, because I think that my pronunciation is both weird and unclear. 

By December, I want to get knowledge, a better pronunciation and the abilities to work in different areas not only in business.
