Recruitment process

  • Present recruitment process 
The present recruitment process which is used in the company consists of three steps. First, the candidates have to fill a format with questions about their education, past jobs and family. Second, the company selects some of them based on the interests of the company. Then, the candidates have an interview with the manager and finally one of them is hired. 
  • Weakness of the process 
This process has some weak points. The most noticeable is that the company doesn’t request any task to prove that they have the abilities to work in a real work environment. They only show that they have a piece of paper which says that they have the degree needed to work.

  • Changes in the present process
For this reason, I suggest to select more than one candidate in the interview and then ask for a task. On this way we make sure that the final candidate is the best for the company.
